Dennis Wade

Principal in RMA & Associates, an investment banking and corporate financial advisory firm. This firm was formed in 2002 and is the successor to a regional investment banking firm started in 1996 by him. Dennis currently sits on several boards of companies having revenues from $100 million to over $400 million.

Dennis has a BA in finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA. He has over 30 years of experience in Finance, completing transactions across a wide variety of industries and situations.

Dennis enjoys USC football and taking his boat out and exploring the beautiful waterways Oregon has to offer.

Shelly Wade

Shelly has a BS in Accounting from Portland State University. She worked at a Big 10 public accounting firm before transitioning into private industry as a Chief Financial Officer. She is a CPA, currently in-active.

Shelly enjoys working in her garden in her spare time, as well as participating in charitable causes.

ZeBadiah Wade

Zebadiah (Zeb) is an Entrepreneur at heart and a Salesman in practice. Focused on developing relationships, Zeb joined the RMA Team fulltime in 2021. He started his professional career working with multiple technology companies, creating Inside Sales teams and developing Inside Sales Business Practices. His most recent position was with a local Property and Casualty Brokerage where he worked alongside the Principal developing Sales and Marketing initiatives and building a book of business. He obtained his CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designation in 2022 to better serve our clients.

Zeb is passionate about the outdoors, during his free time he tries to get out of cell Service – somewhere in the woods.
